We offer PayPal, SOFORT Überweisung and Klarna invoice purchase as payment methods.

Shipping within Germany costs 4.99 €. EU shipping costs 17 € and international shipping 29.99 €.

Order, shipping & returns

1. Shopping cart

Select the products you want to order by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. This will put your selection in the shopping cart. You can change this selection at any time until you submit your order by changing the number of products, deleting the selection by clicking the "Remove" box or canceling the order process. By clicking the button "Checkout" you will get to the next order step.

If you already have a customer account, please log in with your email address and password, otherwise register as a new customer. Your data will be collected, processed and used in compliance with data protection regulations (data protection notice). There is no other use or disclosure to third parties. If you are already registered, you can now choose the shipping method. By clicking the button "Next" you will get to the next order step.

3. Check billing address / select payment method

Now check your billing address and enter your preferred payment method. By clicking the button "Next" you will get to the next order step.

4. Check shipping address / select shipping method

Now check your shipping address and indicate your desired shipping. By clicking the button "Next" you will get to the next order step.

5. Complete the order process / Terms and Conditions and data protection

You will receive an overview of your order: the selected products, the shipping and billing address and your contact details. Check whether all information is correct and please read the general terms and conditions and the cancellation policy carefully. You can only continue with the order if you agree to the terms and conditions and the cancellation policy (check the box). By clicking the button "Buy now" you send your order to us. You hereby submit a legally binding offer.

6.Return / revocation

If you want to send an article back, send us an email with the following information and, if necessary, a picture to: info@rebellion-fashion.de

If you return an item within 14 days of the delivery date or the date your package was ready for collection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Should you return an item within 15 to 20 days of the delivery date or the date on which your package was ready for collection, we will issue you with a rebellion gift voucher equal to the amount you paid. We will do our best to process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned item. If you are eligible for a refund within the timeframe above, but cannot return your items to us for any reason, please contact us - in this case, a refund is at our discretion. And then? After the respective return periods, we no longer accept returns for unwanted items. If you try to return something, we may send the item back to your default delivery address.

REBELLION FASHION guarantees a refund provided that all items have been returned in the condition in which they were received. This means that the items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (with the exception of trying them on). In addition, all tags and labels must be intact. As mentioned above, the cost of shipping the goods back to the customer will never be reimbursed.

Since underwear and swimwear are hygiene articles, they are non-returnable.

Should the goods still be returned, REBELLION FASHION will send the goods back to the customer and charge for the shipping.
